Samy joined NewHold in 2021 and has over a decade of experience in private equity, investment banking, and capital markets. At NewHold, Samy has with key responsibilities across the current portfolio, as well as on new transactions. Prior to joining NewHold, Samy was a Director at Citigroup where he covered financial sponsors and SPACs, providing a full range of investment banking services in over 45 transactions including M&A advisory, acquisition finance, equity and debt offerings and private placements. Prior to Citigroup, Samy worked in the leverage finance group at CIT.

Anna joined NewHold as an Associate in 2020, with key responsibilities on the current portfolio as well as new transactions. Anna focuses her efforts on portfolio company operations across the NewHold platform. Prior to joining NewHold, Anna spent three years with PwC’s Management Consulting practice where she served on a variety of strategic engagements related to mergers, divestitures, and legal entity restructurings.
