Dale Barnhart

Mr. Barnhart has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Lydall Corporation since August 2007. Lydall designs and manufactures filtration media and thermal/acoustical barriers. Mr. Barnhart served as the President of Performance Materials business and President of Global Automotive Business at Lydall Inc. since March 2010 and October 2010 respectively. He has established a proven track record of excellent leadership skills, delivering exceptional financial and operational results, implementing productivity-enhancement initiatives and establishing strategic growth initiatives that included targeting and completing accretive acquisitions. He has been a Director of Lydall Corporation since August 2007. He is an active member of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Association and is a former Executive Director of the Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association. Mr. Barnhart holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
