Anna Ding

Anna has several years of experience working with multinational and private equity portfolio companies specializing in the Industrial and Technology Products and Services sector.

Anna joined NewHold as an Investment and Portfolio Associate in 2020. Prior to joining NewHold, Anna spent three years with PwC's Management Consulting practice where she served on a variety of strategic engagements related to mergers, divestitures, and legal entity restructurings. On these engagements, Anna supported her clients on buy and sell side transactions from diligence to close. Her focus was primarily on Day 1 readiness program implementations, cash management and forecasting model roll-outs, and due diligence analysis for critical valuation decisions. Outside of deals, Anna helped many of her clients improve and grow their businesses through the introduction of creative digital working capital tools and technology-driven finance strategies.

Anna graduated with Honors from the University of Illinois Gies School of Business with dual B.S. degrees in Finance and Accounting and an Engineering minor in Technology Management. Anna is also a licensed CPA.
